Who we are
Atlas Med is a study platform for medical students. Data controller: Phoenix Techs.
The data we collect
- Sign-in data: the Google account linked to your account, and the WhatsApp number confirmed with a code.
- Study data: your academic year and class, your answers, progress and study history.
- Device and security data: the device linked to your account, device model and operating system version, and security signals that prevent tampering with content.
- Notification data: a push token linked to an internal pseudonymous ID, used only to send you notifications.
No sale of data and no ads
We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising.
Why we collect it
- Running the account and sign-in, and activating access on one device.
- Protecting the content and investigating any leak.
- Showing your progress and study history, and general statistics without names.
- Support, appeals and legal obligations.
Who processes the data
We use providers that work for us. Each one receives only the data it needs:
- Google: sign-in.
- Nabd: the WhatsApp messaging provider that sends the confirmation code.
- OneSignal: push notifications. It receives only a push token linked to an internal pseudonymous ID.
- Cloudflare: network security and delivery.
- Hosting: our own company servers.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists and is deleted after account deletion; limited records required for security, accounting or legal reasons are kept only for the period required by law.
Your rights
You can see your data, ask for corrections, and ask us to delete your account at any time. How to delete your account: delete account page
